Driver Requirements
At least 23 years old.
VALID COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE.
(Valid license is required for past three years.
Exceptions may include non-moving violations suspensions,and Financial responsibility suspensions).
Experience:
1 year verifiable OTR(within the last 5 years).
Must have an acceptable driving record:
1) No more than (four) 4 moving violations
2) Two (2) preventable accidents (commercial vehicle,within three (3) years).
3) No DWI/DUI within the past five (5) years
4) Must clear D.O.T. physical and drug screen
5) No reckless or careless driving convictions.
No Felony convictions in the 10 years.
No drug convictions.
No Misdemeanors in the past 5 year

Lisa Motor Lines provides a training program in Pine Bluff for qualified students. The tuition, physical and drug screen, a grocery allowance, and money for the CDL is all provided by Lisa Motor Lines. They also provide the students housing and transportation.
