- 1 year of verifiable OTR experience (3-5 states, 3-5 nights in truck)
- No preventable accidents in excess of $4,000 in the last 3 years
- No More than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years (2 in the last year)
- DWI/DUI must be at least 5 years or older (no more than 1 ever)
- NO FELONIES
- Valid Class A CDL in State of Residence
