Qualifications
- Must be 22 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL
- One year of verifiable over the road experience within the past 3 years; or successful completion of a certified training school plus 3 months verifiable tractor/trailer experience within 12 months prior to application
- No More than 4 accidents within the past 3 years
- No more than 4 moving and non-moving violations combined in the last 3 years
- No Felonies within 10 years prior to application
- No Reckless or Careless Driving within the past 5 years
- No DWI/DUI within the past 5 years
TEAM PAY

3 months verifiable OTR experience = $.40 cpm base +
Mileage Bonuses
16,500-18,499 = $.02 (all miles)
18,500 & Up = $.06 (all miles)
Vacation Bonuses
$1,000 every 30,000 miles per team member or $.03 cpm
